An expert opinion on the cost of goods, services, works, intellectual property rights or an examination of foreign economic contracts is an expert opinion on the compliance of contract prices with market conditions (market prices/price levels on the market of similar services).
The examination is ordered to minimize risks when drawing up a substantiated opinion when conducting financial monitoring of currency transactions, submitting it to regulatory authorities or for use in economic disputes.
Documents reflecting the conditions and characteristics of the goods/contract, etc. are attached to the application.
In particular:

– the contract/contract with all annexes and additional agreements to it, which are the subject of the application, and other documents that the Customer considers necessary for conducting the examination;
– acceptance and transfer acts of the services provided;
– invoices/invoices or other documents on the basis of which payment is made under the contract;
– documents containing calculations of the cost of goods/services/works: calculations, estimates, tariffs, etc. for services/goods/works, which justify the cost of services/goods/works under the contract/agreement, etc.
The specified list is not exhaustive and is not mandatory, but if necessary, when the materials provided by the Customer do not allow to accurately determine the price terms of the agreement, the Enterprise has the right to request additional information materials from the Customer.
Documents in English do not require translation. Otherwise, at the request of the Enterprise, the documents must be translated into Ukrainian.
The Customer is responsible for the authenticity of the documents (copies) and information materials provided.

The term of the examination is up to 7 working days. In the event that the experts have additional questions, the term of execution may be extended, which must be notified to the Customer. In addition, at the request of the Customer (which must be indicated in the application), based on the results of the coordination and agreement of the parties on the cost and deadline for providing the service, the period for conducting the examination may be reduced.

Цінова довідка отримується для цілей закупівель та тендерних процедур, планово-економічної діяльності, надання до контролюючих органів, для Митниці або для використання при господарських суперечках, підготовки та проведення маркетингових досліджень тощо.

В процесі підготовки довідки використовується інформація провідних українських та світових інформаційних агенцій, бірж, моніторинги, статистична інформація тощо.
Цінова довідка на товар містить цінову інформацію на товар.

Вартість надання послуги цінової довідки визначається та узгоджується із Замовником після отримання відповідного Запиту та оцінки обсягу робіт.
